Eugene Barilo von Reisberg,
the Director of BvR
Arts Management, completed BA Hons in Art History,
Theory and Marketing, and worked at the Kiev Museum of Russian
Art, Sotheby's, Fabergé International, the National Gallery
of Victoria, and managed the respected Charles Nodrum Gallery
since 1998.
Since establishing BvR Arts
Management in 2000 at the age of 28, he has curated a number
of solo, group and traveling exhibitions in public and commercial
galleries, including the Jewish Museum of Australia and the Charles
Nodrum Gallery among others, placed works by significant Australian
& International artists with the National Gallery of Australia,
National Gallery of Victoria, Tasmanian Museum & Art Gallery,
Museum & Art Gallery of the Northern Territory and further
public and tertiary art collections, and regularly contributes
articles and reviews to auction & exhibition catalogues,
research, media and internet-based publications.
